Lamination is the application of a special composition to the hair. As a result, a thin film is formed on the hair, which protects the hair from damage. This procedure can be compared to laminating paper. The paper is laminated so that it maintains its integrity longer and does not tear.
Salon hair lamination consists of three important stages:
1. Pre-cleansing of hair. Before applying the laminating composition, it is important to thoroughly clean your hair with a delicate shampoo.
2. Application of laminating composition. The master evenly distributes the pre-prepared composition along the length of the hair, trying not to miss a single section. If you choose hot lamination, the composition will be “sealed” using an iron.
3. After the composition has been on the curls for the prescribed time, the master washes it off without using cleansers - only with water.
