ACID BOTOX.
Clary Liss Ruby Pink BTX 1KG
This product is Botox for reducing hair volume or BTX (Hair Botox) from the Clary Liss line, characterized by a “ruby pink” color. Designed to control frizz, reduce volume and straighten strands, as well as condition and add intense shine.
Description and Effects:
Reduce Frizz and Volume: The main function of this BTX is to straighten hair, which significantly reduces frizz and excess volume, making hair more disciplined and manageable.
Hair Straightening: Helps reorient the hair fiber for a straighter, cleaner look. This is not necessarily a permanent chemical straightening, but rather a treatment that "relaxes" the curl and disciplines the strands.
Ruby Pink (color): The designation "Ruby Pink" can refer to two options often found in products with bright colors: Product Aesthetics: The product itself has a bright pink color, which does not necessarily color the hair, but makes the application process more visually pleasing.
Tinting/mattifying action (for blondes): In some cases, especially if the line is focused on blonde, the pink-violet hue can indicate pigments to neutralize unwanted yellowness in blonde or highlighted hair, giving a cooler or subtly pinkish undertone. Without additional information on the packaging, the first option is more likely.
Intense shine and softness: As a BTX treatment, the product is designed to restore shine to dull hair and provide noticeable softness and silkiness, improving overall texture.
Moisturizing and nourishing: BTX products are usually enriched with moisturizing and nourishing active ingredients (such as oils, proteins and amino acids, although this is not visible in the image), which help replenish lost hair substances and revitalize damaged strands.
Hair Repair: Helps restore healthy hair, especially dry, porous or split-end hair, by sealing the cuticle and replenishing nutrients.
Professional Use: The product is intended for “Professional Use,” which means it should be applied by a qualified hairdresser to ensure expected results and safety.
Method of Application (Professional - Standard Hair Protocol BTX):
Always strictly follow the manufacturer's instructions on the label. General protocol for BTX mask:
Washing hair:
Wash hair with a deep cleansing (anti-residue) shampoo to open cuticles and remove impurities. Wash 1-2 times, massaging scalp well.
Rinse completely.
Preparation for application:
Use a towel to remove excess water, leaving hair damp (usually 50-70% dry, no drips).
Product application:
Separate hair into thin/medium sections.
Using gloves and a brush, apply Clary Liss Ruby Pink BTX in sections from the middle length to the ends, 1–2 cm away from the scalp.
Use a fine-toothed comb to evenly distribute and remove excess. Make sure all sections are well coated.
Rest:
Allow product to sit. The holding time depends on the hair type and the desired result: Thin or slightly wavy: 20–40 minutes.
Thick, dense or very voluminous: 40–60 minutes.
Rinse off:
After leaving, rinse off. Most BTX procedures involve a partial rinse, removing only the excess (approximately 50–70%). The goal is to leave a small amount of product for heat activation.
Drying and Brushing:
Blow dry 100%. At the same time, stretch the strands with the brush to straighten and prepare for ironing.
Iron (heat seal):
Separate hair into very fine sections.
Idler each section slowly and gently 7-15 times (or more depending on hair resistance and desired effect).
Iron temperature: adjust according to type hair: Light, bleached, fine or damaged: lower temperature (180-200°C / 350-390°F) to avoid damage and discoloration.
Dark or more resistant hair: higher temperatures can be used (210-230°C / 410-450°F).
The heat of the iron is necessary to activate the BTX components and seal the cuticle, providing shine, softness and volume reduction.
Finish:
Allow hair to cool completely.
It is not necessary to wash immediately after ironing. Can be washed after 24-48 hours.
Finish styling as usual, apply serum or oil to enhance shine.
Important cautions:
Professional use: For use by trained professionals only.
Strand test and patch test: Always perform a strand test (compatibility, hair durability, final straightening effect and possible toning) and patch test (for skin sensitivity/allergy) before the complete procedure.
Ventilation: Perform the procedure in a well-ventilated area
