BeautyBrazil sells professional Brazilian haircare and cosmetic products to customers in Brazil and internationally.
2. Orders and payment
Sales are made on a 100% prepayment basis using the payment methods available at checkout for your region or for the specific order.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. BeautyBrazil is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Product availability
Some products are kept in stock, while others may be supplied on request.
If all items in your order are available in stock, the order is usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
If your order includes products supplied on request, shipment will be made once such products are received by BeautyBrazil and the order is fully assembled.
If a product becomes unavailable after payment, BeautyBrazil will contact the customer to offer a replacement, wait for restock, or cancel/refund the unavailable item.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and shown before payment whenever available at checkout.
Orders are shipped from Brazil. Estimated delivery time is usually 5-10 business days after dispatch for many international shipments, depending on the destination country, carrier, customs procedures, and other factors outside BeautyBrazil's control.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, strikes, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond BeautyBrazil's control.
BeautyBrazil will make reasonable efforts to provide tracking information and assist the customer in receiving the order.
5. Import duties, taxes and customs
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges required in the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless expressly stated otherwise.
These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by local authorities, customs services, or the shipping carrier.
The customer is responsible for checking local import rules and restrictions before placing an order.
6. Returns, refunds and order issues

Customers must contact BeautyBrazil by email or WhatsApp before returning any product.
Products must not be returned without prior authorization.
In case of damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products, the customer must contact BeautyBrazil as soon as possible and provide photos, order number, and details of the issue.

BeautyBrazil makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, prices, images, stock status, and shipping information accurately.
Some professional haircare products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and may require professional application. The customer is responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, and usage recommendations.
Results may vary depending on hair type, previous treatments, application method, and product compatibility.
8. Limitation of responsibility
BeautyBrazil is not responsible for delays, customs charges, import restrictions, or refusal of entry by customs authorities in the destination country.
BeautyBrazil is also not responsible for incorrect use of products, use contrary to manufacturer instructions, or results affected by factors outside BeautyBrazil's control.
